Ashley meets Emily
I was spending a lazy afternoon in the Enlightenment Gallery when a member of staff informed me the snow globe I was holding was not part of the hands-on collection.
So I asked if she'd read my paper on 'Snow Globes of the Renaissance.'
She laughed and said her research was in Tudor coins and she could tell I wasn't the type to be bothered by loose change.
That was Emily. She had me sussed from the start.
